Our committee has several guidelines for the
safety of the participants and spectators.
Memorial Day Parade Ground Rules
* THROWING OF
CANDY OR PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL IS NOT PERMITTED.
* No
unscheduled stopping on parade route unless directed to do so.
*
Distribution of promotional material is prohibited.
* No entry may be used to promote a political cause, candidate or office
holder.
* All floats must be decorated with a patriotic theme, but it need not be
the theme of the day. Although the sponsor's name may be shown on the float,
advertising is not permitted.
* All music must be of a patriotic theme.
* The parade committee reserves the right to inspect, disqualify or have
removed any entry.
* Parade goes,
RAIN OR SHINE
In case of Problems:

Find police officer or parade Staff

Move to the side if possible
Considerations:
Our parade follows a route that begins at Mt. Ararat High School and
proceed down to end at the mall in downtown Brunswick.
